How can I place an order ?
Search a product you would like to order. Then click add to cart. Once you finished the shopping, go to my cart which is on the top right of the website. There you will be guided in each step. Need to put your billing address, need to put delivery address, select mode of payment and you are done.An email will be sent to you on your registered email address. Email will consist your Order no., detail of items, mode of payment, and amount of the order.
Can I change my billing address?
Go to My Account, there you will get an option to change it.
Can I change my delivery address
You can update your billing address any time by going to My Account on top left side of the website. Yes you can always keep multiple addresses saved in my address book.
I have forgotten my login id.?
Please share your order number or your registered contact number at firstname.lastname@example.org and request for your login ID and password. Your login credentials will be provided shortly.

Click on My Account at the top right corner of the website to access the login window.Click on Forgot your password link on the bottom of the login window.Enter your registered e-mail ID.Instructions to reset the password will be sent to your registered email.
Can I save items which I like but would purchase later?
Yes, you can save items in your wishlist, and later on you can make purchase, but saving in wishlist does not guarantee availability of that item. It may get out of stock, price may get discounted/hiked.
What's the minimum order value required to place an order?
To place an order, a minimum order value of Rs.249 or more is required (Excluding COD Charges, Shipping Charges, Taxes or value reduced after application of coupons or any other offer).
How shipping is done for live plants?
We use a specially designed packaging for delivering live plants.Well ventilated recyclable package which keeps the plant safe and fresh.
How can I check the status of my order?
Log to your account, and please tap on "My Orders" , section/Website to check your order status.
What if I received damaged/defective item?
In case you have received a defective/damaged plant we would request you to contact us immediately within 12 hours to our customer care number +91 9971790224 or email@example.com and we will replace it to a new one but not after that.
Is product delivered outside India ?
No. At this point we deliver products within India.
Can I place multiple location order?
In a single order, you cannot place multiple location order. For multiple locations, you have to place no. of orders equal to number of locations.

What if an item is out of stock ?
Some items if temporarily out of stock may appear on display with an out of stock tag. You can use the Notify Me option and we will inform you once the product is replenished and available for sale.
Is COD available ?
Yes, Cash on Delivery for a majority of locations is available. There are certain places where cash on delivery is not available, and the customer will be informed beforehand when he places the order. Please note Cash on Delivery Orders are charged Rs.60 collection fee.
What Payment Methods can I use to place order?
You may use Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, Cash on delivery and Gift cards.The acceptable payment methods shall be visible to you at the checkout.
What should I do if my payment fails ?
Please retry making the payment after ensuring that the information entered is accurate, including all account details, billing address and passwords. If your payment still fails, you can use the Cash on Delivery (COD) payment option, if available on the payment page to place your order. If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

Can I cancel my order ?
Request for cancellation of confirmed order should be made within 12 hours of placing the orders. All the orders dispatched are in accordance with the customer requirements. In case order is dispatched from our warehouse, it cannot be cancelled. In Case some of the products ordered are not in stock, we make a full refund for those products, and the same is credited to your account within 7-10 business days.
How can I get refund?
If you had made an online payment the refund is made to you by your method of payment Credit Card, Debit Card or Net Banking account.For other forms of payment like Cash on Delivery will get reflected in your account section "My Cashback". Further by providing your account detail, it will get transferred to your bank account within 7-10 business days.
Can I cancel my order using gift coupon/Gift Card?
Order placed through gift card cannot be refunded/cancelled.
What is Refund Policy
Orders delivered and accepted by customer cannot be refunded.In case you feel the order is not as per specification, please contact our customer care team immediately in 24 hrs.
What is Cancellation Policy ?
Cancellation will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order.However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been handed over to shipping partner.In case of receipt of damaged or defective items, please report the same to our customer service team. Snapshot should be taken while it is already in packing.In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The customer care team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.Order placed using Gift Card cannot be cancelled or refunded.
What is the return policy ?
We have return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase then simply follow the instructions mentioned below for returning the products :Items which can be returned are planters, decorative items, gardening tools in unused and packed state.Live plants and seeds cannot be returned.We will replace the returned items free of cost or issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping.Shipping charges will not be refunded, and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address.
What is subscription service ?
A subscription service is for those who do not have much time for their love for gardening. This service is customized in such a way that it will make you free from year around purchasing for your garden. It is great combination of seasonal flower, kitchen garden seed, plants, manures, fertilizers, live plants. You can choose from various subscription services.
What is the delivery time of subscription item ?
First week of every month is scheduled for delivery of your subscription service.
How can I use discount coupon ?
On checkout page you will get an option to redeem your discount coupon.Discount coupon is not refundable.
What is gift card ?
Gift Card is meant for gifting purpose someone you love and care. A wide collection of gift cards are available for every occasion. Gift card once issued cannot be returned. You can redeem it fully or partially within the time line given on the gift card. Gift card can be in form of physical as well as online and can be delivered in e-mail box.
Is Gift wrapping available ?
Yes gift wrap is available and you choose this option on check out page.
I do not know anything about gardening, how can I start gardening ?
Our product page has all the information regarding how to grow and care a plant. You will receive a manual also at the time of order for care instruction of an item ordered by you. Every item is categorized carefully so that nothing can hinder your love and enthusiasm for a garden. You can also refer our blog page for useful articles about gardening.
Is there any guarantee/warranty on products ?
Whatever you're buying from us, we want to make your experience with us as pleasant as possible. In order to achieve this, we take Freshness Guarantee on all live plant products for 7-day. Tools warranty is provided by the manufacture. All warranty/guarantee is described on the package.
